以CB为导电填料,HDPE和PC为聚合物基,采用两种工艺制备HDPE/PC/CB三元复合材料。研究表明CB在单一聚合物HDPE中的逾渗阈值约为20%。母料共混制备的HDPE/PC/CB三元复合材料的PTC行为及重复性优于直接共混制备的试样。在母料共混制备的HDPE/PC/CB三元复合体系中形成了双逾渗行为,当HDPE/PC-40/60时,复合材料具有较好的PTC效应及PTC效应重复性。
Two different ways were used to prepare HDPE/PC/CBcomposites in which carbon black(CB) as conductive filler filled in immiscible polyblends of high--density polyethylene(HDPE) and polycarbonate(PC). The studies showed that the percolation threshold of CB filled in single polymer HDPE was 20% in weight. The measurement of resistivity--temperature indicated that PTC intensity and PTC reproducibility of composites prepared using CB master batch is better than composites prepared via direct mixing of CB and polymers. The composites prepared using CB master batch had a bi-- percolation structure and exhibited a better PTC reproducibility especially for the composite with HDPE/PC ratio 40/60.
