研究了新型硫化活性剂(助剂B)代替氧化锌对顺丁硫化胶力学性能的影响。结果表明,助剂B可以代替氧化锌使用,50份炭黑时硫化胶的力学性能基本保持不变;5份炭黑时,硫化胶具有更优异的拉伸强度和撕裂强度。对于顺丁胶,硬脂酸的加入对于助剂B的活化没有起到促进作用。
We studied the influence of a novel activator (additive B) on mechanical prop- erties of cis-1, 4-polybutadiene vulcanizates. The results indicated that additive B could be used to replace zinc oxide (ZnO). The mechanical properties of the vulcanizates with 50 phr loading of carbon black changed little, and the vulcanizates with .5 phr loading of carbon black showed better tensile and tear strengths. The use of stearinic acid could not improve the activation of additive B for BR.
