由于眼部存在较多的屏障,眼后节疾病尤其是视网膜疾病的药物治疗是困扰药学专家及眼科专家的难题。在过去的20年时间里,科学工作者们尝试采用传统给药方法治疗视网膜疾病,并通过增加药物的渗透性、黏性等对常规用药途径进行优化改进。一些新型给药载体,如纳米胶束、纳米粒子、脂质体、凝胶等被引进用于眼部给药,这些新型给药系统具有刺激性小、角膜前停留时间长、生物利用度高等优势。本文主要从局部给药途径和给药载体方面对近年来的研究进展予以综述。
As there are many barriers in the eye, medication for eye disease, especially for disease involving ocular posterior segment has been troubling pharmaceutical experts and ophthalmologists. In the past 20 years, scientists have attempted to treat retinal dis-eases by traditional methods of administration and improved the conventional routes of drug delivery by increasing the permeability and viscosity of the drug. Some novel drug delivery systems, such as nanomicelles, nanoparticles, liposomes, gels, etc. have been introduced for ocular administration. These novel delivery systems have merits as low irritation, long pre-corneal residence and high bioavailability.In this paper, we reviewed and discussed the recent development on routes and carriers of topical administration.
