通过构建种群生命表,观察比较了斜纹夜蛾Spodoptera litura(Fab.)对溴氰菊酯抗性品系(R)和敏感性品系(S)的一系列生长发育和繁殖特征,以种群数量趋势指数来确定各个品系的生物适合度;并采用剂量对数-死亡机率值回归线(LD-P线)分析法,研究了斜纹夜蛾对溴氰菊酯的抗性遗传规律。结果表明,抗性品系(R)在产卵量、孵化率、幼虫历期和蛹重等方面与敏感品系(S)相比,表现出一定程度的生长发育和繁殖上的不利性,抗性品系的相对适合度是敏感品系的0.58。斜纹夜蛾对溴氰菊酯的抗性为常染色体多基因遗传;正、反交后代的显性度分别为0.47和0.45,抗性遗传为不完全显性。
The effects of deltamethrin resistance on fitness of Spodoptera litura ( Fab. ) were evaluated in terms of developmental and reproductive characteristics by constructing life table of resistant strain(R) and susceptible strain(S) ;and the inheritance mode of resistance to dehamethrin in S. litura was evaluated from log dosage -prob:t mortality curves constructed from the response of third instar larvae to deltamethrin treatment. The results indicated that the R strain possessed developmental disadvantages including prolonged larva duration, lighter pupa body weight, lower pupation and emergence rate, and reproductive disadvantages including lower effective fecundity and hatch ability when compared with the susceptible strain(S). The resistant strain has a fitness value of 0.58 relative to the susceptible strain. The results of genetic analysis indicated that dehamethrin resistance in the common cutworm appears to be controlled by two or more autosomal genes. The dominance degrees (D) of the F1 progenies from the reciprocal cross(F1 ,R♀ x S♂ and F′ ,S♀ × R♂ )were 0. 47 and 0. 45, respectively, and the major gene involved is incompletely dominant.
