以立式岩石取样机的结构为出发点,分析了取样机的运行工况;采用有限元分析和实验研究的方法分析了取样机整机的固有特性,得到了取样机的固有频率,验证了取样机的实际工作频率远离其自振频率,排除了取样机的整机共振故障;使用东华DH5922动态测试系统采集取样机异常振动信号,利用时域、频域等多种信号处理方法进行分析,结合取样机的故障机理,实现了对取样机的故障诊断,诊断出异常振动的原因是取样轴质量不平衡,并提出了应对措施。
According to the structure of the vertical rock sampler, the operating conditions of the sampler was analyzed. Based on the methods of finite element analysis and experimental researches, the inherent characteristics of the whole sampler were analyzed, and the natural frequency of the sampler was obtained. Simulation results show that the actual operatingfrequeney of the sampler is away from its natural frequency, and the resonance failure of the whole sampler was ruled out. The abnormal vibration signals were collected by the DH5922 signal acquisition system of DongHua Testing.Technology Co. ,Ltd. And then, the signals were analyzed by Various signal processing methods such as time domain analysis, frequency domain analysis and so on. Based on the failure mechanism of the sampler, fault diagnosis of the sampler was achieved, the abnormal vibration was ascribed to the mass unbalance of the sampling shaft, and the countermeasures was proposed.
