采用大孔吸附树脂、十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶(ODS)、葡聚糖凝胶SephadexLH-20和硅胶柱层析等多种色谱技术,对白花地胆草95%乙醇(体积分数)提取物的化学成分进行分离,得到8个酚类化合物;通过理化性质和波谱数据分析,鉴定它们的结构分别为3,4-O-二咖啡酰基-奎宁酸(1)、3,5-O-二咖啡酰基-奎宁酸(2)、3,4-O-二咖啡酰基-奎宁酸甲酯(3)、3,5-O-二咖啡酰基-奎宁酸甲酯(4)、异槲皮素苷(5)、槲皮素-3·O-(6"-O-E-咖啡酰基)-β-D-葡萄糖苷(6)、山奈酚-3—0-β-鼠李糖基-(1→6)1B,D-葡萄糖苷(7)和山奈酚-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(8).所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到.
The chemical constituents of 95 % ethanolic extract of Elephantopus mollis were separated and purified by various column chromatographies including macroporous resin, ODS, Sephadex LH-20 and silica gel columns to obtain eight phenolic compounds. On the basis of their physico-chemical properties and spectroscopic data, the compounds were identified as 3,4-β-O-caffeoylquinic acid (1), 3,5-β- O-caffeoylquinic acid (2), 3,4-β--O-caffeoylquinic acid methyl ester (3), 3,5-β-O-caffeoylquinic acid methyl ester ( 4 ), quercetin-3 -0-β--D -glucopyranoside ( 5 ), quercetin-3 -0- ( 6 -O-E-caffeoyl ) -β--D -gluco- pyranoside ( 6 ), kaempherol-3-O-β--rhamnopyranosyl ( 1-46 ) -β--D-glucopyranoside (7) and kaempherol- 3-O-β-D- glucopyranoside (8). All of the compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
