针对装配车产间制造执行系统的特点,提出一种基于工作流思想的制造执行系统(WFMES)。提出了一种WFMES的软件架构,同时对于所涉及的关键技术如流程建模工具、活动建模语言、调度引擎等给出了实现方法或思想。最后通过在一个军工产品的应用实例,证明通过这种设计可以大大降低由于产品装配生产过程的复杂性所带来项目风险,同时也缩短了装配车间MES系统的开发实施周期。
According to the character of manufacture execution system (MES) for an assembly plant. A workflowbased MES (WFMES) is proposed. The architecture of the WFMES is presented. We also propose and explain in detail the implementation methods or ideas of the key technology, such as process modeler, activity modeling language and scheduler engine. Finally, a military product application illustrates that this kind of design reduces the risk as well as the product complexity and shortens the deployment period of MES in the assembly plant.
