为了实现各参与方的业务功能解耦,给出了一类涉及服务需求方、制造服务提供方、制造应用提供方、服务平台运营方四种角色的云制造服务模式。该模式进一步将制造应用提供方细分为解决方案集成方、应用工具开发方、基础数据提供方等角色实现了数据云与应用云的分离。着重研究了其中的基础数据提供方,探讨了一种基于制造资源定位技术的制造资源基础数据云平台及其组成,讨论了云定位技术在制造环境下的若干应用场景。最后给出了一种基础数据云与应用云分离的云制造服务框架,为构建云制造服务的实际应用模式提供了新的思路。
To realize business function decoupling among each participator,a new kind of cloud manufacturing service mode was presented which included four roles:manufacturing services user,manufacturing services provider,manufacturing applications provider and services platform operator.Among these four roles,manufacturing applications provider could further be divided into solution provider,application tools developer and fundamental data provider,and then the data cloud and application cloud were separated.Fundamental data provider was studied in detail.A cloud platform and its composition of manufacturing resource fundamental data based on position technologies was studied,and several application scenarios of cloud position in manufacturing environment were discussed.Finally,a cloud manufacturing service framework in which fundamental data cloud was separated from application cloud was presented,thereby a novel construction thinking for actual application mode of cloud manufacturing service was provided.
