街旁绿地在现代的生活中与人们的需求紧密结合，然而由于开发后期关注的缺失，出现老旧住区街旁绿地的绿化种植缺乏管理、缺少无障碍设施的设置等一系列问题。因此研究老旧信区街旁绿地再生问题对于我国的现状具有积极意义。文章选取大连某小区街旁绿地为研究对象，首先通过总结分析国内外住区街旁绿地更新中的理论与实践经验，通过问卷调查，行为观察法等方式对老旧住区街旁绿地存在的问题进行归纳总结，提出再生的方案。

英文摘要：

Street green space and residents＇ needs closely related in the modern lifestyle. However, paying little attention to green space design in the final leg of the project, exemplified by poor maintenance and the absence of accessibility facilities for children and elderly. In this light, the study on the regenerating street green space in old residential area bears great relevance to the status quo across the country. Based on a neighborhood in Dalian, this study compared and analyzed of literature and theoretical underpinnings on street green space both at home and abroad. Existing problems in street green space in the community studied were collected by sending out questionnaire, direct observation, etc. A comprehensive evaluation of green space design and planning in China was offered.
