Existing housing environment quality degradation is the result of many factors working together, and different dimcnsions correspond to different quality targets of existing housing environment. It＇s necessary to change individual reformation to overall, typc reformation to hierarchical, at the same time, establish progressive target and list systems. This paper aimed to develop stage target of existing housing environment based on the both investigation and regeneration theory and experience aboard.
