微电网是使分布式发电成为电网接纳利用可再生能源的有效载体,微电网的智能调度能进一步促进能源的梯级利用,优化能源结构,提升电网在发展低碳经济中的功能及作用,体现智能电网绿色环保的建设理念.为此,提出了2种微电网的能源管理方式,并以实际微网系统为例,分析了不同管理方式下的单位节能减排投资费用.采用粒子群算法对经济性相对较优的一种管理方式进行了优化,进一步降低了微网单位节能减排的投资费用.根据分析结果,给出了有效的微网能源管理方式,并确定了该管理方式下网内分布式电源的最优容量配比.
Microgrid is an effective measure to make distribution generation (DG) admitting renewable energy resource, and smart dispatching of microgrid can further promote the cascading utilization of energy resources, optimize the structure of energy resources and enhance the function of power grid in the development of low-carbon economy. Two energy management modes for microgrid are proposed, and taking actual microgrid for example the unit investment costs for energy-saving and emission reduction under different management modes are analyzed. Particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm is applied to optimize the management mode, which is relatively better in economy, to further reduce the unit investment cost for energy-saving and emission reduction of microgrid. Based on the analysis results, an effective energy management mode for microgrid is given, and the optimal proportion of DG capacity within the microgrid under such a management mode is determined.
