为了提高变换器的磁芯利用率,解决偏磁问题,设计了一种对称半桥变换器。首先利用Ansoft公司的集成仿真软件Simplorer进行仿真分析,得出相应的仿真波形。然后按照仿真电路的参数制作出一个大功率对称半桥变换器样机。实测结果表明:输出电流为0~50 A可调,输出电压为84.5 V,效率高达90%。仿真波形和试验实测波形近似吻合,证明本文仿真分析方法的可行性和正确性。对称半桥变换器铁心双向磁化,利用率高,且不存在偏磁现象,具有很强的实用推广价值。
In order to solve the problem of bias magnet and increase the utilization of magnetic core in convertor,a type of convertor with symmetrical half-bridge has been designed.Firstly,simulate the circuit with Simplorer and get the wave form.Then design a convertor prototype with symmetrical half-bridge and high power.Measured results show that the adjustable output current ranges from 0 A to 50 A and the output voltage is 84.5 V,the efficiency is up to 90%,simulation wave form is good agree with the measured data,which can prove the feasibility and correctness of presented method.The convertor with symmetrical half-bridge has the iron core with two-way magnetization,high-usage and no bias phenomenon,which has strong practical value of popularization.
