结合复合材料结构的成型工艺特点,提出一种基于MBD的复合材料制造模型管理方法。首先分析了复合材料结构制造模型的组成,进而给出了基于MBD的制造模型定义。在此基础上,根据产品数据管理特点,通过建立流程管理、状态数据管理和人员管理模型实现了复合材料结构制造模型的管理,为模型的积累和重用奠定基础。基于MBD的复合材料制造模型管理方法有利于企业知识的积累和传承,将促进企业核心竞争力的提升。
英文摘要：
The method to manage manufacturing model for composite component based on the technology of model -based definition is proposed. Firstly, the composition of composite manufacturing model is analyzed and the digital definition based on MBD is given. On this basis, according to the feature of the product data management, pipeline management model, state data management and user management methods are constructed to achieve the management of manufacturing model for composite structures. The pro- posed method lays the foundation for model accumulation and reuse which will also help to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.
