Based on company microcosmic environments, this paper studies the correlation of company microcosmic environments and performance for logistics multinational company in China, using partial correlation and multiple linear regressions. The conclusion is that the concentration-ration and human are positively related to the company performance, but enterprise scale is negative relationship to the company performance, At last, the paper brings forward some suggestions for improving Logistics company performance in China.
