正极材料是锂离子动力电池的重要组成部分,一直是限制锂离子动力电池发展的关键。综述了3种热门锂离子动力电池正极材料尖晶石型LiMn2O4、层状结构LiNi(1-x-y)CoxMnyO2、橄榄石型LiFePO4的研究进展。介绍了各种材料的特点、晶体结构、电化学性能、存在的问题、典型的制备方法及改性手段。重点对LiFePO4发展趋势及应用前景进行了分析,着重介绍了纳米级LiFePO4/C多孔微球的发展前景。
As the important component of lithium power ion battery, cathode materials are the critical blocks of its development. The progress of three popular lithiun ion power battery cathode materials spinal LiMn2O4, layer- structured LiNi(1-x-y)CoxMnyO2 and olivine structure LiFePO4 are reviewed. The characteristics, crystal structure, electrochemical properties, challenges, synthetic methods and modification methods of the three lithiun ion power battery cathode materials are introduced. Moreover, the development trend and application prospect of LiFePO4 are analysed, the development prospects of nanoscale LiFePO4/C porous microspheres are introduced.
