纯音测听是目前临床上广泛使用的听力检测手段,它能够反映在特定频率下人耳的听阈大小,但是却不能反映特定频率下的频率选择特性,以获得人耳功能的综合信息。为了获得在特定频率下人耳的听阈及频率选择特性的综合信息,本研究首次研发了纯音测听和心理物理调谐曲线的综合检测平台,采用并优化了快速心理物理调谐曲线的检测算法,实现了基于外置高精度声卡的便携式综合检测平台,能够进行纯音测听和心理物理调谐曲线的测试,实现了在强度和频率2个维度下,对人耳的听觉特性的全面综合地反映。
Pure tone audiometry is widely applied in clinical hearing test. Though it can show the hearing threshold of human ear at specific frequency, pure tone audiometry is short of representing the frequency selectivity at certain fre- quency. In order to obtain the integrated information of both the hearing threshold and the frequency selectivity at specific frequency, an integrated detection platform containing pure tone audiometry and psychophysical tuning curves functions is originally developed, which uses and optimizes a fast psychophysical tuning curves detection method, achieves both of the pure tone audiometry and psychophysical tuning curves test in one detection platform based on an external professional high precision soundcard, and realizes the goal of reflecting the hearing characteristics of hu- man ear both in level and frequency.
