采用泡沫浸渍法制备多孔磷酸钙支架材料,将聚氨酯泡沫体浸渍于磷酸钙水泥浆体中,水泥硬化后,通过在1200℃烧结,去除其中的聚氨酯泡沫,得到羟基磷灰石基多孔磷酸钙陶瓷。这种多孔磷酸钙陶瓷可多次在室温浸渍于磷酸钙水泥浆体,得到孔隙率高,孔径可控的多孔材料,其贯通性好,抗压强度与松质骨相当。体外细胞培养实验表明,所制得的多孔材料具有良好的生物相容性。
Polyurethane(PU) foam used as gelcast was immersed in calcium phosphate cement(CPC) paste, a layer of the CPC was coated on PU foam. After the CPC hardened, the CPC - PU composite was sintered at 1 200℃. During the sintering process, the PU foams in the CPC- PU composite underwent thermal decomposition, resulting in the formation of a sintered porous hydroxyapatite(HA)-based calcium phosphate ceramic. The sintered porous ceramic was immersed in the CPC paste repeatedly at room temperature. The material with a desired pore size and a high porosity was obtained. The porous material also possesses a good interconnection and a compressive strength comparable to that of cancellous bone. An in vitro investigation shows that the obtained porous material has good biocompatibility.
