基于2015年全国17个省份28所高校的毕业生就业状况调查数据,文章对高校毕业生就业地选择的特点和影响因素进行了统计描述和计量回归分析。研究发现:首先,选择在大中城市就业的毕业生比例超过80%,并且分性别、学历和院校类型来看,随着行政级别的提高,毕业生就业的比例都依次递增。其次,在大中城市就业的毕业生拥有更高的收入水平和就业满意度。第三,人力资本、家庭背景、院校特征、求职状况、就业地经济状况等因素均对毕业生就业地的选择有显著的影响。
Based on data from a sample survey of college Chinese provinces in 2015, this paper summarizes the ways factors that 'affect this procedure. Using statistical description graduates of 28 higher education institutions in 17 of college graduates choosing workplaces and the method and Ordered Logistic regression model, the empirical research results shows that over 80% college graduates choose to work in large or medium cities, and the willingness rises with the increase of administrative level. The college graduates working in big or medium cities have higher income and higher level of job satisfaction. It also shows that the factors that can significantly influence college graduates' workplace choice include human capital, family background, college background, job seeking effort, and GDP level in workplace.
