对福建福州、湖南怀化、河北保定、山东泰安、湖南浏阳、广西桂林6个不同地理种群栗瘿蜂的线粒体16S rRNA基因测序,并用Mega 4.0软件进行分析,结果表明:T、C、A、G碱基平均含量分别为42.6%、8.1%、41.5%、7.8%,(A+T)含量(84.1%)明显高于(C+G)含量(15.9%).这6个地理种群遗传距离平均值为0.398 0.保定、泰安、浏阳3个群体亲缘关系较近;而福州、怀化、桂林种群亲缘关系较近.
Based on the gene sequencing of Dryocosmus kuriphilus Yasumatsu's mitochondria 16S rRNA in six geographical populations of Fuzhou,Huaihua,Baoding,Tai'an,Changsha and Guilin,their evolutionary relations are built by Mega 4.0.The result shows that T,C,A,G basic group average content are 42.6%,8.1%,41.5%,7.8% respectively,and the content of A+T(84.1%) is significant higher than C+G(15.9%).The average genetic distance of the six geographical populations is 0.398 0.Baoding,Tai'an,Liuyang have a close relationship and Fuzhou,Huaihua,Guilin have another close relationship.
