混凝土结构在荷载作用下会引起混凝土内部微裂缝的发生与发展,形成渗透通道,从而影响氯离子渗透性.本文通过研究不同掺量下聚丙烯纤维和锂渣的混凝土在单次荷载和循环荷载作用下(抗压极限荷载的10%、20%、30%)模拟混凝土的实际承载情况,通过测试加载后的混凝土氯离子电通量,研究荷载大小对混凝土渗透性的影响.结果表明:1次加载和循环加载对混凝土氯离子渗透性均产生较为显著的影响;混凝土的氯离子渗透性随着锂渣粉掺量的增加而降低;而随着聚丙烯纤维掺量的增加而缓慢增大.
Load can cause internal micro cracks of concrete and the formation of permeable tunnels. And then toad affects the chloride ion permeability. The actual loading conditions ofconcrete are simulated by imposing once loading and cyclic loading (10%, 20%, 30% of ultimate compressive load) on each test piece. The chloride ion permeability of burdening concrete is measured by the electric flux of concrete. The results of load affect concrete permeability are studied. The test results show that both once loading and cyclic loading have significant impacts on the chloride penetration of concrete. The permeability of concrete chloride ion shows downward trend with lithium slag powders increases, and the permeability of concrete chloride ion tend to increase slowly while polypropylene fibers increases.
