对比分析在混凝土中单掺锂渣和聚丙烯纤维与两者复掺时的抗压强度的影响,结果表明:在强碱溶液与干湿循环耦合作用下锂渣最优掺量为20%、聚丙烯纤维最优掺量为0.9kg/m30通过叠加效应系数分析聚丙烯纤维锂渣混凝土在强碱溶液与于湿循环耦合作用下时对抗压强度的影响,结果表明:(1)复掺锂渣和聚丙烯纤维对混凝土强度的叠加效应系数小于单掺时二者作用之和;(2)复掺锂渣和聚丙烯纤维对混凝土强度叠加效应系数先增加后减小,经60次循环后混凝土抗压强度达到峰值,可提高10%左右;(3)随着循环周期的再增加混凝土强度呈逐渐下降的趋势。
Comparison and analysis for single lithium slag and polypropylene fiber concrete and the influence of both the compressive strength of the double mixing, the results show that the dry-wet circulation coupling under the action of alkali solution and the optimal dosage of lithium slag was 20% ,the optimal dosage of polypropylene was 0.9 kg/m3.Analysis of polypropylene fiber by superimposing effect coefficient of lithium slag concrete in alkali solution and the dry-wet circulation coupling under the action of the influence of the compressive strength, the results show that the ( 1 )Double mixing lithium slag and polypropylene fiber to concrete strength of superposition effect coefficient is less than single mixing effect both the sum. (2)Doped lithium slag and polypropylene fiber on the strength of concrete overlay effect coefficient decreases after increasing first, niter 60 cycle peak compressive strength of concrete, can increase by about 10%. (3)As the cycle of increasing concrete strength showed a trend of gradual decline again.
