分别以C30和C50混凝土为研究对象,在28d抗压强度近似相等的前提下,研究了钢渣对混凝土后期强度、抗氯离子渗透性和抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能的影响。研究表明:无论是对于C30还是C50混凝土,在等28d强度条件下,掺入钢渣都能在一定程度上提高混凝土的后期抗压强度,而且在一定范围内,钢渣掺量越大,对混凝土后期强度的提高作用越明显;钢渣对混凝土后期的抗氯离子渗透性能没有不利影响:掺入钢渣可以在一定程度上提高混凝土后期的抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能,相比之下,钢渣对C30混凝土抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能的改善效果更加显著;当钢渣掺量增加到一定程度后,混凝土后期的抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能不会有进一步的提高。
Two series of concretes with the strength grades of C30 and C50 were set. The influence of steel slag on the late compressive strength,resistance to chloride ion penetration and sulfate resistance of normal concrete and high-strength concrete at the same strength levels of 28 d were investigated. The results show that both for the groups of normal concrete and high-strength concrete,when they have the same 28-day compressive strength,replacing part of cement by steel slag in concrete can increase its late compressive strength to some extent,and the promoting effect becomes more obvious with the increase of steel slag replacement ratio. Additionally,steel slag has no negative influence on the resistance' to chloride ion penetration of concrete at late ages. Fur- thermore,replacing part of cement by steel slag can improve the sulfate resistance of concrete to some extent at late ages,but the improving effect on high-strength concrete is not so obvious as that on normal concrete. The sulfate resistance of concrete is no longer improved when the replacement ratio of steel slag increases to some extent.
