为研究孔隙率及孔隙结构对混凝土抗盐冻性能的影响,在对比不同配合比的混凝土的抗盐冻性能基础上,通过核磁共振等方法得到了混凝土孔隙结构及孔隙率,定性分析讨论了孔隙率和孔隙结构与宏观抗盐冻性能的关系;探讨了核磁测试不同胶凝材料组成的水泥混凝土样品的最佳磁场强度。研究结果表明,提高强度使混凝土的孔径分布与其他组明显不同,孔隙率最低,抗盐冻性能最好。同时,不同磁场强度对不同配比的混凝土孔隙率测试结果影响不同。
In order to study the effect of porosity and pore structure on salt freezing resistance performance of concrete, the influence of strength on the pore structure of concrete and the relationship between micro pore structure and porosity and macro salt freezing resistance of cement concrete was analyzed and discussed. The analysis was based on the test of salt freezing resistance of different mix proportions of concrete. The pore structure and porosity were obtained by means of nuclear magnetic resonance method. According to the experimental results, the conclusion is that the pore size distribution of the high strength concrete was significantly different to the other groups:its porosity is the lowest and the performance of salt freezing resistance is the best. It should be noted that the influence of the magnetic field strength on the porosity of concrete can not be neglected.
