采用固定床类Fenton/O3联用技术深度处理造纸中段废水的二级生化出水,确定了最佳反应条件,即H:O:加入量0.9g L-1,O3通入量7.5mg min-1,原水pH值条件下反应30min,废水CODCr去除率和色度去除率分别达到90.9%和97.3%,出水可满足《制浆造纸工业水污染物排放标准》(GB3544—2008)的排放要求。
The fixed bed Fenton-like catalyst combined 03 oxidation technology was employed to treat papermaking middle- stage wastewater. The influencing factors were investigated in the oxidation process, The optimum reaction conditions were as foUows: concentration of H202 was 0.9 g L-1, flow rate of Oa was 7.5 mg min-1, and the removal rates of CODer and chroma were 90.9% and 97.3% in the initial pH with the reaction time of 30 min, respectively, and which met the new discharge standard of water pollutants for pulp and paper industry (GB 3544-2008).
