煤与瓦斯突出是威胁煤矿安全生产的重要灾害之一,目前,国内煤与瓦斯突出预测主要是根据瓦斯动力现象特征和四参数法,但实践表明,对于低瓦斯压力高变质煤和高瓦斯压力低变质煤容易产生误判。煤与瓦斯突出是由多种因素综合作用的结果,因此,采用综合指标D、K法在三元煤矿突出鉴定中进行了应用,测定煤样的瓦斯放散初速度为36.2 mm Hg,煤层瓦斯压力为0.74 MPa,软分层的平均坚固性系数为0.5,综合判定三元煤矿C12煤层在预测范围无突出危险。
Coal and gas outburst is one of the important threats on safety during the production of coal mine. At present, the coal and gas outburst prediction technology is mainly based on the characteristics of gas dynamic phenomenon and the four parameters method, but the practice shows that it is prone to miscarriage of justice on the metamorphic coal with low gas high pressure and metamorphic coal with high gas low pressure. The happening of coal and gas outburst is by the result of many factors. Therefore, the method of comprehensive index of D,K is applied in Sanyuan coal mine outburst hazard identification, as is determined,the initial velocity of gas diffusion is 36.2 mmHg, the gas pressure in coal seam is 0.74 MPa. The average firm coefficient of soft stratification is 0.5, so in a comprehensive judgement, the coal seam C12 of Sanyuan coal mine in the scope of identification is of no outburst danger.
