本文主要以延安地区居住建筑能耗现状作为研究对象。通过对现行居住建筑能耗以问卷调查、现场实测、理论计算等方式对居民日常生活能源消耗等状况开展深入调研,统计分析了不同户型面积的居住建筑单位面积运行能耗,得出延安地区居住建筑运行能耗特征及能耗值。同时,总结分析居住建筑运行能耗与建筑面积之间的变化规律,为提高建筑节能工作提供数据上的支持。

英文摘要：

This paper takes the present status of energy consu-mption of residential buildings in Yan'an area as the research object. To carry out an in-depth research on the daily life of the residents of energy consumption of existing residential buildin-gs by questionnaire survey, field test, theoretical calculation methods, statistical analysis of different apartment layout area of the unit area of residential building energy consumption, it analyzes the characteristics and operating energy consumptio-n of residential buildings in Yan’an area. At the same time, su-mmarize and analyze the change rule between the operating energy residential building and construction area, to provide data support to improve the construction of energy-saving wo-rk.
