目的:探讨表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)配体在星形胶质细胞上的表达。方法:采用RT—PCR技术检测星形胶质细胞上表皮生长因子、转化生长因子α、肝素结合上皮生长因子和双调蛋白的表达。结果:表皮生长因子、转化生长因子α、肝素结合上皮生长因子在星形胶质细胞上均有表达。而双调蛋白在星形胶质细胞上无表达。结论:星形胶质细胞在促进神经发生和有丝分裂后期神经元存活和分化中发挥重要的作用。
Objective: To study the expressions of epithelial growth factor receptor (EGFR) ligands in astrocytes. Methods: The experssions of EGF, transfer growth factor-α (TGF-α), heparin-binding epidermal growth factor (HB-EGF), and amphiregulin in the primary culture of astrocytes were determined by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction. Results: The experssions of EGF, TGF-α, and HB-EGF were found in the primary culture of astrocytes,but no expression of amphiregulin was found. Conclusion: Astrocytes may play an important role in the neurogenesis and the survival and differentiation of postmitotic neurons.
