疾病智能诊断是移动式公共卫生应急处置系统中的核心子系统,主要依据疾病的症状、体征及临床化验等信息,对相应疾病做智能化诊断,给突发公共卫生突发事件的现场处置人员提供快速科学的参考依据。基于贝叶斯分析算法,从数据的组织管理和数据库的设计入手,基于嵌入式开发环境和面向对象程序设计语言,设计了一个应用于移动式设备的疾病智能诊断系统,取得了良好的实践应用效果,该系统可以作为移动式公共卫生应急处置系统的一个重要模块。最后分析了疾病智能诊断系统中的几个核心问题。
Intelligent disease diagnosis is an important subsystem in the mobile public health response system. The diagnosis was made to corresponding diseases according to the information such as symptoms, and it provided the professional experts a rapid and scientific reference basis. An intelligent disease diagnosis system applied in the mobile equipments was developed in the embedded developing platform ( EVC 4. 0). This system was based on Bayesian analysis algorithm, implemented with the object-oriented programming language (C ++ ), acquired favorable application effects, and could act as a significant module in the mobile public health response system. Eventually, some important problems in the intelligent disease diagnosis system were analyzed.
