需求侧响应在电力系统调度决策中起着越来越重要的作用,其中高耗能企业参与辅助服务并提供电网备用是不可缺少的组成部分。以高耗能企业提供电网备用为背景,建立了以购电成本最小为目标,带有有限容量缓存装置的生产调度模型。同时,提出了一种鲁棒生产调度方法,以确保无论在用电高峰期的任何时刻,当高耗能企业被要求提供备用服务(即开始响应负荷削减)时,该调度模型都能够生成使得购电成本最小的最优生产调度决策。最后,通过具体算例验证了上述鲁棒生产调度模型的可行性和实效性。
Demand response plays a more and more significant role in scheduling strategies of power system, one essential component of which is high energy-consuming enterprises participating in ancillary service and offering reserve. On condition that high energy-consuming enterprises provide power grid with system reserve, a production scheduling mathematical model with finite buffers is built to achieve goal of minimizing electricity purchasing cost, and a robust production scheduling method for ensuing optimized production scheduling strategy is proposed, considering random beginning time of load curtailment during peak time. A case study is conducted to verify feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed model.
