高耗能企业自备电厂发电调度对于降低企业发用电成本、减少企业涌动型负荷对区域电网冲击有重要意义。目前,相关研究及应用中通常采用的离散时间调度模型框架的主要缺点是不能准确反映电能和机组发电功率的积分关系,也没有较好地考虑企业负荷及电量需求的不确定性。在分时电价机制下,运行方案可能明显偏离最优。文中建立了连续时间框架下,考虑负荷需求不确定性的高耗能企业自备电厂发电调度模型,可以准确反映积分约束关系。所得结果可以在企业负荷需求分布未知的情况下,给出期望意义下的自备电厂最优发电计划。案例测试验证了文中所提方法的有效性。
Self-scheduling of autonomous power plant in energy intensive enterprise is of great importance in reducing both the cost of electricity consumption and the effects on the regional grid caused by serious fluctuation of load demand.Main deficiencies of the generally adopted discrete time based formulation framework in literature include the followings.The integral relationship between electrical energy and power output of generators is not exactly modeled.Uncertainty of load demand is also not fully addressed.Therefore,the scheduling results obtained by using the formulation may deviate from the optimal one under time-of-use price.A continuous time based scheduling formulation was established with consideration of both the above mentioned integral relationship and load demand uncertainty.By solving the final convex program formulation,an optimal scheduling solution in the sense of expectation can be obtained and no complete information of load demand distribution is required.Numerical testing was performed and the effectiveness of the method was verified.
