以生物活性玻璃粉末SiO2-CaO-P2O5系统玻璃、β-TCP和磷酸铵调和液均匀混合制得多孔玻璃基骨水泥,利用XRD、FTIR和SEM对多孔骨水泥的晶相、化学组成和显微结构进行了观察和分析,并对其显气孔率进行了测试。实验结果表明,随着浸泡时间的增加,β-TCP促进了HAP晶体的生成和完善,HAP晶体呈短柱状,交织分布于玻璃颗粒间隙,尺寸大约为200nm。对试样显气孔率测试结果表明,β-TCP的降解显著增加了骨水泥的显气孔率,并且随着β-TCP含量的增加而增加。
This cement was produced by evenly stirring the mixture of bioactive SiO2-CaO-P2O5 system glass powder,β-TCP and liquid medium, ammonium phosphate solution. The porous bone cement crystalline form, chemical composition and microstructure were investigated by XRD, FTIR and SEM respectively. And the apparent porosity was also mesured. The results indicate that β-TCP promotes the formation and development of HAP. The demention of these HAP crystals, interlacing with each other among glass granules, is about 200nm. The degradation of β-TCP enhances the apparent porosity of bone cement, and the value increases with the content of β-TCP.
