采用矩量法讨论了荷电多分散气溶胶粒子谱在除尘通道中的演化特征,得到了粒子在除尘器中的连续分布情况,计算了粒子谱分布随除尘通道长度和板距变化的情况.结果指出,小粒子和大粒子在通道前端即得到捕集;通道中的粒子谱将一直保持进口处的分布形态.模拟结果还发现,除尘通道增加到一定长度后,分级效率将逐渐稳定;而无论板间距如何变化,粒子捕集效率和通道中粒子谱的演化方式都基本上不会发生改变.
The evolution features of charged polydisperse aerosols in a wire-duct electrostatic precipitator were estimated by employing moment method. The continuous variations of the aerosol size distributions in the channel were obtained, and the relationships between the distribution functions and the length and width of the collecting plate were calculated. The results show that fine and coarse aerosols were separated in the front zone of the channel, and the shape of the size distribution curve kept its original form during the collecting process. The results also indicate that the efficiency approaches to a steady state when the length of the channel was increased, and the variation of the spacing of the channel has no effect on the collection efficiency and the evolution process of charged aerosol spectrum.
