The abstraction efficiency of coronatine in fermentation broth with several macroporous absorption resins and ion- exchange resins was studied. The result showed that the coronatine -absorbing capacity of 1400 macroporous absorption resin was the greatest. After eluting with 700 g/L ethanol, the elution rate of coronatine was 79% , and the recovery percent was 48%. The resin was feasible for abstraction process on industrial scale owing to its simple and fast operation.
