采用微宇宙培养法,以初期雨水为例,从底泥营养物质释放对污染物转化的角度考察在无外源污染输入情况下,雨水对小面积景观水体污染进程的影响.结果表明:雨水的融入使系统在短时间内NH4+增加,且进一步影响NH4+的硝化;有机物的增加消耗了系统中的溶解氧从而削弱硝化反应条件,造成中间产物NO2-的累积,延缓了向NO3-的进一步转化;磷在水体中自净能力较低,雨水本身带有的磷酸根与Ca2+,Mg2+等阳离子的结合使其在系统中的存在更加稳定,难以转化;雨水增加了系统阴阳离子含量,水-底泥界面离子释放周期延长,pH波动较大,系统稳定时间延长.
Tank microcosm has been used to study the effect of rainwater on contamination process of small landscaping water.Under the condition that there is no other external pollution is added,the effect of nutrient releasing from sediment on contamination transition is inspected. Result shows that rainwater makes NH4+concentration raised up in short time and leads to the nitrification of NH4+.The increase of organic contamination consumes dissolved oxygen in water and weakens the nitrification,that leads to accumulate the middle production NO2-and delays the transition to NO3-also.For phosphate in rainwater,which has low self cleaning capability,combination of PO43-and Ca2+,Mg2+ makes it more stable and hard to transit.The participation of rainwater increases the negative and positive ion,prolongs the period of ion releasing at water-bottom interface,and makes great fluctuation of pH at cover water.Above factors prolong the time of system stabilization.
