牛链球菌是人类条件致病菌，主要感染免疫力低下人群和癌症患者。本文报道2例肛周脓肿患者，根据肛门口肿块切除后的脓液细菌培养确诊为牛链球菌感染。患者均有年龄轻、发病急、白蛋白偏低、白细胞计数高等特征，分析可能与患者的不良生活习惯及白蛋白偏低导致的免疫功能低下相关。本文着重分析其临床表现及相应的诊断方法，有助于提高临床医师对此类病例的认识与重视。

英文摘要：

Streptococcus boris is a human opportunistic pathogen, mainly infecting immunosuppressive populations or cancer patients. Two cases of perianal abscess with Streptococcus bovis infection was confirmed by bacterial culture after excision of anus. The patients were young, with high white blood cell count and low albumin level. The infection might be related with patients＇ unhealthy living habits and low albumin level. This case report may improve clinicians＇ awareness and attention to this infection.
