通过液相方法合成了球状β-FeOOH,利用FE-SEM、BET、XRD、IR,XPS等手段对其进行的表征显示产物为球状聚集体,单个球体的直径约为1μm。将其加入到卷烟烟丝和模拟滤嘴装置中研究其对主流烟气中4种烟草特有N-亚硝胺释放量的影响,并考察其对部分卷烟烟气特征参数、燃烧性能和烟丝常规化学成分的影响。结果表明:①10mg/支的量湿法加入到肯塔基参比卷烟(1RSF)烟丝中,主流烟气中的NNN、NNK、TSNAs总量分别降低41.3%、48.6%、36.1%;②加入到模拟滤嘴装置中,主流烟气中的NNN、NNK、TSNAs总量分别降低17.8%、36.8%、29.0%;③以10mg/支的量加入到选择的6种混合型卷烟中,主流烟气中的TSNAs均有不同程度的降低,而对焦油、CO、阴然速率和烟气常规化学成分等影响较小。
Sphere-like β-FeOOH was successfully prepared via a liquid-phase method and FE-SEM, BET, XRD, IR and XPS were utilized to characterize the products. The sphere-like β-FeOOH was built up by several spheroids with a diameter of 1μm of each unitary spheroid. Effects of the synthesized β-FeOOH on four TSNAs (tobacco special nitrosamines, NNN, NAN, NAB, NNK) in mainstream smoke were studied. The as-prepared sphere-like β-FeOOH was added to cut tobacco of Kentucky reference cigarettes. Smoke analysis results showed that there was a distinct decrease for the TSNAs of Kentucky reference cigarettes. When the dosage was 10 mg/cig, the reducing efficiency of NNN, NNK, and total TSNAs was 41.3%, 48.6%, 36.1%, respectively. When sphere-like β-FeOOH was added in the simulative filter tips, the reducing efficiency of NNN, NNK and total TSNAs was 17.8 %, 36.8 % and 29.0 %, respectively. 10 mg/cig (optimized additive amount) of sphere-likeβ-FeOOH was employed in cut tobacco to produce six blended-type cigarettes. Different reducing efficiencies for TSNAs were obtained. Analysis of tar, nicotine, CO, burning speed, burning temperature and routine components showed that sphere-like β-FeOOH had little effects on feature parameters of smoke, burning performance and routine components in cut tobacco.
