为降低卷烟主流烟气中NNN和NNK的释放量,采用场发射扫描电镜、透射电镜、BET和XRD等方法对三氯化铁在乙醇和水混合物中水解产物的结构进行了表征,并对烟丝和模拟滤嘴中添加该水解产物的卷烟烟气中烟草特有亚硝胺进行了分析。结果表明:①该水解产物为纺锤形β-FeOOH,其比表面为152.28 m2/g,平均尺寸分布约为6.45 nm;②与对照相比,烟丝中加入纺锤形β-FeOOH,NNN和NNK分别降低25.4%~55.3%和36.2%~59.6%。模拟滤嘴装置中加入纺锤形β-FeOOH,NNN和NNK各降低20%和40%左右。
In order to decrease the deliveries of NNN and NNK in cigarette smoke,a hydrolyzate of FeCl3 in the mixture of ethanol and water was characterized by FE-SEM,TEM,BET and XRD.The NNN and NNK contents in the smoke of cigarette samples added with the hydrolyzate to tobacco rod or simulated filter were analyzed.The results showed that the hydrolyzate was identified as spindle β-FeOOH with specific surface of 152.28 m2/g and average size of 6.45 nm.Comparing with the control,the contents of NNN and NNK in smoke of tobacco rod containing spindle β-FeOOH decreased by 25.4% to 55.3% and 36.2% to 59.6%,respectively;in the case of simulated filter device added with the hydrolyzate,the contents of NNN and NNK decreased by about 20% and 40%,respectively.
