采用沉淀聚合方法,成功制备氧化石墨烯掺杂分子印迹聚合物复合材料.利用扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜、傅里叶红外光谱对复合材料的形貌、结构进行表征,利用热重分析法考察其热学性能;并对掺杂材料的吸附动力学、选择性和识别性能进行研究,利用其优异的特异吸附性将其制作为固相萃取材料,实现对牛奶样品中磺胺药物残留的分析检测.结果表明:复合氧化石墨烯大大提高了分子印迹聚合物的吸附性能,实现了对微量成分检测含量的高效富集.
In this study, the composite material of graphene oxide and molecularly imprinted polymer(GO/MIP) was successfully prepared by precipitation polymerization. The morphology and structure of GO/MIP were observed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM), transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR). The thermal properties were evaluated by thermogravimetric analysis(TGA). Moreover, the properties involving adsorption dynamics and selection and recognition capacity were investigated. GO/MIP was used as solid phase extraction material because of its excellent special adsorption performance and it could successfully detect the sulfonamide residues in milk samples. The results indicate that GO/MIP can greatly improve the adsorbability compared with MIP, which can efficiently purify and enrich the trace composition.
