碱性催化剂催化热解的生物油特性分析

白云石是天然矿物质,赤泥是铝工业产品中的固体废弃物,两者均可作为热解生物质制取生物油的碱性催化剂.以玉米秸秆粉为原料,原料与催化剂的比例为2∶1,利用流化床反应器在550℃下进行快速热解反应,研究白云石和赤泥对生物油的产率和成分的影响规律.研究表明:白云石和赤泥对生物油起到了降酸作用,赤泥催化剂更为明显.通过XRD分析反应前后催化剂的晶格峰变化,发现反应后催化剂有新的物质生成(CaCO_3),这正是催化热解的生物油中酮类物质增加的主要原因.白云石催化剂有利于酚类物质的生成,赤泥催化剂提高了生物油中酯类的含量.这两种催化剂对生物油的产率、含水率和热值影响并不明显.

英文摘要:

Dolomite is a kind of natural minerals and red mud is a solid waste residue,both of them can be used as solid base catalysts to pyrolysis biomass for obtaining bio-oil.In order to study these two base catalysts on effect of the yield and composition of bio-oil,fast pyrolysis experiments are carried out on fluidized bed reactor at 550℃,corn stalk powder(40-60meshes)as raw materials,and the ratio of corn stalk powder to catalysts ratio is 2∶1.The pyrolysis products properties are analyzed,including the yield,chemical composition,moisture content,heating value and pH value of bio-oil.The results show that dolomite and red mud play an important role in decreasing acid content in bio-oil,but red mud catalyst is more apparent.A new substances(CaCO_3)is generated after catalytic reaction found by XRD analysis of the crystal lattice of the catalyst peak change before and after the experiment,which is also the main reason for the increase of ketones substance in oil.Dolomite catalyst is more advantageous to the formation of phenolics,red mud catalyst improves esters content in bio-oil.Effect of these two catalysts on the obtained yield,moisture content and heating value of bio-oil are not significant.
