针对景区边缘型乡村旅游地特征,以大南岳旅游圈为例,从资源禀赋、开发条件、环境条件和客源市场4个方面构建一个包含25个指标的综合开发潜力评价体系,对大南岳旅游圈五区三县乡村旅游地开发潜力进行科学评价与区划,将8个地区分为高、中、低三个层次,其中高潜力开发区为衡阳县和衡东县,中潜力开发区为南岳区、石鼓区、蒸湘区和衡山县,低潜力开发区包括雁峰区和珠晖区。最后,从整体开发和分区开发两个视角提出了相应策略。

英文摘要：

Aiming at the characteristics of rural tourism destinations of edge type of scenic spot, taking Great Nanyue tourism circle as example, this paper constructs comprehensive development potential evaluation system consisting of 25 indices from four aspects-esource endowment, development condition, environmental conditions and customer market. Meanwhile, the authors have assessed different types of potentials for rural tourism resources for five districts and three counties in Great Nanyue tourism circle based on the proposed evaluation index system. Results indicate that these districts could be classified into three categories ranging from high-medium-low development potentials. The high potential regions include Hengyang cotmty and Hengdong county, the medium potential region include Nanyue district, Shigu district, Zhengxiang district and Hengshan county, following as the low potential regions involving Yanfeng district and Zhuhui district. At last, this paper also proposes a set of strategic measures from the perspectives of integrated development and zoning development.
