The three-dimensional digital campus is microcosmic digital earth and the dummy contrast of real campus. The three-dimensional visibility of campus is foudation of achieving digital campus. This thesis carried out the campus modeling and its visibility by 3D modeling software and Skyline. It was based on big scale relief map and digital aviation image map. Lastly, the feasibility of this method through the modeling of Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture is approved.
