红松幼苗氮素营养效应研究

对氨基酸态氮(甘氨酸,谷氨酸,赖氨酸)、铵态氮(硫酸铵)、硝态氮(硝酸钙)和缺氮盆栽试验条件下红松幼苗培养基质及基质漏出液中的铵态氮、硝态氮、红松生物量和全氮量作了比较研究。结果表明,三种形态的氨基酸态氮和铵态氮对红松幼苗硝态氮的供应无明显效果;甘氨酸态氮、谷氨酸态氮对红松幼苗铵态氮的供应能力与硫酸铵等效,赖氨酸态氮次之。氨基酸态氮和铵态氮处理的红松幼苗生物量及植株全氮含量均显著高于硝态氮和缺氮处理。

英文摘要:

The concentrations of NH4^+-N, NO3^--N in vermiculite or in leakage liquid, dry weight, total N of Pinus koraiensis seedlings grown with amino acids (glycine, glutamate or lysine), Ammonium-N (ammonium sulfate) or Nitrate-N (calcium nitrate) were studied under pot culture. The results showed that there was no significant effect in the capability of supplying NO3^--N with amino acids (glycine, glutamate or lysine) or ammonium sulfate. The capability of supplying NH4^+-N with glycine or glutamate were similar with ammonium sulfate. The dry weight, total N contents of amino acids treatments or ammonium sulfate treatment were significantly higher than calcium nitrate treatment or free N.
