煤的坚固性系数是确定井下煤与瓦斯突出危险性的重要指标,煤的坚固性系数现行测试方法是参照MT49-87标准的落锤法,但是操作过程耗时,影响因素较多。结合回弹仪的工作原理及其在岩石和混凝土强度测试方面的应用,提出了一种新的基于回弹仪的煤的坚固性系数测试方法,实验表明:煤的坚固性系数与回弹值成正比,通过回弹强度预估煤的坚固性系数,实现其井下现场快速、准确的测定,缩短了测试时间,对瓦斯突出危险性预测具有重要意义。
The firmness coefficient of coal is an important index for coal and gas outburst. Drop hammer method is the current test method of coal firmness coefficient which is based on MT49-87 standard,but the testing process is cumbersome and time consuming,many factors may influence the experiment results. In order to measure the firmness coefficient of coal both rapidly and reliably underground, from the introduction of the firmness coefficient of coal and its test method,presents a new method of the firmness coefficient test using rebound apparatus.
