跨项目知识转移是许多企业内部知识积累和创造的重要途径。以一般知识转移相关研究为基础,本文构建了跨项目知识转移影响因素的初步理论模型;然后以K公司房地产事业部为案例研究对象,通过案例分析进一步修正和完善了该理论模型。研究发现,与一般知识转移相比,项目任务特征(任务相似性、任务紧迫性)和知识的嵌入性特征会影响到跨项目知识转移;而采取混合式转移策略,企业有可能取得更好的跨项目知识转移效果。本文的研究对跨项目知识转移理论的完善及企业的实践都有一定的意义。
Cross-project knowledge transfer is an important way of knowledge accumulation and creation in many companies. Based on the existing literature of knowledge transfer, this paper has built a draft influencing factor model of cross-project knowledge transfer. After a single-case study based on the real estate business unit of K Company, we have adjusted the model and made it more accurate. We find that what is quite different from common knowledge transfer is that cross-project knowledge transfer is especially affected by the characters of projects (similiarity be- tween projects,time urgency of projects) and embeddedness of knowledge. Moreover, cross-project knowledge transfer may be more effective if companies could use mixed strategy transfer. This paper has some implications on the theory and practice of cross-project knowledge transfer.
