In the paper, the diversified and layered teaching novel model is put forward by analyzing the problems of the traditional teaching model and integrating the development trend of specialities of information management and the practical needs of current society. In this new teaching model, the material teaching reform aim, reform items, execution program and execution measures are given. Finally, the feasibility and validity of the proposed training model are validated by the course＇s layered teaching of Decision Support System （DSS） in Dalian Maritime University.
