为了揭示生防菌的致病机理,用3株生防菌粗毒素处理猪殃殃叶片,测定其过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)的活性、电导率和丙二醛(MDA)含量,探讨生防菌粗毒素对叶片防御酶活性及叶片细胞膜透性的影响。结果表明,3株生防菌粗毒素使猪殃殃叶片组织细胞膜透性上升,MDA含量上升;毒素处理后的猪殃殃叶片中POD、SOD和CAT的活性均较不处理的对照升高。
The aim was to clarify the pathogenic mechanism of three biocontrol fungi in Golium aparine L..The peroxidase (POD) ,superoxide dismutase ( SOD ), catalase (CAT) actlvity,electrlcal conductivity as well as malondialdehyde (MDA) content of Galium aparine L. leaves were measured to study the effect of crude toxins of three fungi. The results demonstrated that toxin increased permeability of cell membrane, over-oxidation of cell membrane and content of MDA in Galium aparine L. leaf tissue, and activities of POD, SOD and CAT in treated leaves were higher than those in control leaves.
