Sepsis is a common complication occurred in severe trauma, shock, infection and surgery and is the main cause of death in some critically ill patients. Coagulation disorders are an important part of sepsis exacerbation. Rab27 b is an important signal transduction molecule on the surface of platelet and its vesicles and its dysfunction may be an important mechanism of inflammatory disorder and coagulation dysfunction in sepsis. Study on the effect of traditional Chinese medicine on the function of platelet and its vesicle secretion in sepsis patients with coagulation dysfunction may reveal the mechanism for traditional Chinese medicine treating sepsis.
