介绍一种新型双质体振动磨,建立系统动力学模型,利用MATLAB软件对其进行数值仿真分析;研究了磨机运行时上下质体的运动轨迹,研究成果对于解决低成本、高质量的振动制备各种功能化超细、超微、纳米粉体的瓶颈制约,具有理论与实际应用价值,并为新型振动磨的改进和研发提供一定的理论依据。
A new type of vibration grinding is introduced, the dynamics model of vibration system is established; the vibration grinding is analyzed by using MATLAB ,the motion curve of up and clown mass body is studied, the research provides the basis for the dynamics equation analysis, it has the theoretical and practical application value to solve the bottleneck constraints of the low-cost,high- quality vibration preparation of various kinds functions superfine,uhramicro,nano-powder,and to provide certain theory basis for designing and developing the new type vibration grinding.
