Using the interval triangular fuzzy multiple attribute decision making model（FMADM） of technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution（TOPSIS）, groundwater vulner-ability risk early warning and assessment has been done for the six districts of Sanjiang Plain. The evaluation result was conformity with the previous, for the relevant decision-making departments to take corresponding measures to provide the reference to reduce environmental risk. Example shows that the model has higher accuracy and better effect of evaluation, for the environmental risk decision-making departments of groundwater risk early warning and risk decision evaluation provides a new thought and method.
