研究了添加改性纳米黑碳(MBC)对棕壤中有效态Cu、呼吸强度和酶活性影响。结果表明,添加MBC降低了棕壤p H和有效态Cu含量,且随着MBC施入量的增加,土壤有效态Cu含量逐渐降低;MBC的施入,提高了土壤脲酶活性,对过氧化氢酶活性有较弱的抑制作用,对土壤呼吸作用的影响是先增强后减弱,培养后期,呼吸强度与对照无显著性差异。相关性分析表明,过氧化氢酶活性与有效态Cu含量之间有极显著正相关关系,与黑碳施入量之间有极显著负相关关系,土壤有效态Cu含量与MBC施入量之间有极显著负相关关系,说明MBC对棕壤中Cu有较好的钝化效果,增加了土壤脲酶活性和土壤呼吸作用,在Cu污染土壤修复中具有一定的应用前景。
By culture experiment, the effects of modified nano-black carbon on content of bioavailable Cu( Ⅱ), enzyme activity and microbial respiration in brown soil were studied. The results showed that during the treatment of 60 days modified nano-black, the soil p H and bioavailable Cu concentration decreased. The decreasing trend of bioavilable Cu content was followed by the increasing of added amount. MBC showed a remarkable activation effect on soil urease activity and a weak inhibition on soil catalase activity. The soil respiration increased first and then decreased during the treatment. The respiration rate had no significant difference from the untreated soil at the late period of cultivation. The correlation analysis showed that the catalase activity were positively correlated with concentration of soil bioavailable Cu, but negatively correlated with the amount of modified nano-black carbon negatively correlated with the content of soil bioavailable Cu. It is indicated that MBC had good passivation effect on bioavailable Cu in brown soil and could increase the urease activity and soil respiration. It will have a great value in remediating copper-contaminated soils.
